These Terms govern your use of the One One Cocoa app and services (the "App") provided by Rainaldo Crosbourne ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1The service
One One Cocoa is a personal expense-tracking tool that lets you record expenses, budgets, income, and savings, and scan receipts to capture details automatically. It is for personal, informational use only.
2Not financial advice
The App does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and for verifying the accuracy of the information you record.
3Receipt scanning is automated and may be imperfect
Receipt details are extracted using automated AI processing and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any captured details before relying on them. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of extracted data.
4Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering or disrupting the service, uploading unlawful content, or using the App in violation of any applicable law.
6Your content
You retain ownership of the data and images you submit. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to provide the App's features (including sending receipt images to our AI processor to extract details, as described in our Privacy Policy).
7Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding your data) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.
8Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the App.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11Changes
We may update these Terms; we will post the updated version with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
